Help support the Kenya Mission Trip by participating in "Parent's Night Out"!  This will be a lock-in for children ages 4-12 years old.  Please bring your child on Friday, May 28th by 6:00PM and pick them up on Saturday morning by 8:00AM.  The cost is $15 per child and $5 per sibling.  You must buy your ticket in advance for your child to attend.  Ticket are on sale now in the foyer.

Attention all 2010 Graduation Seniors!  Graduation Sunday is on Sunday, May 23rd.  Students will be asked to wear their cap and gowns and attend both services to be honored for this academic achievement.  The deadline to sign up is Sunday, May 9th.

The "Visit the Visitor" Program is picking up steam.  We are asking all Koinonia members to volunteer 45 minutes to an hour of their time once a month to simply thank visitors for visiting the church.  If you are not involved in a ministry and you have limited time, this is the activity for you!!!  Please see Thelma Givens for additional information.

The TRINITY Ministry (for single parents) will meet on the 2nd & 4th Tuesday monthly at 7:00pm in the Coffee Shop.  All single parents of Koinonia are encouraged to be a part of this inspirational movement that will surely be a source of support for you and a blessing to each other. For addtional information see Shonda Brown.

Koinonia Kids Childcare and Development Center is currently accepting children ages 18 months thru 12 years old.  We offer before and after school care.  The hours of operation are from 6:30AM -6:00PM Monday-Friday.    For more information, please call 817 466 8967.

The Special Needs Ministry will provide free blood pressure screenings every 3rd Sunday between 10:15AM - 11:00AM at the table in the foyer.  Please come and get educated about your risks for stroke, heart disease and many other complications from high blood pressure.

Do you like to fish?  Do you like to have fun & be around people?  If the answer is yes then you are needed for Koinonia's Outreach Ministry.  We go fishing and our best catch is mankind. We need you to be a part of this awesome ministry and become a fisher of men. We're about winning souls for the kingdom of God. Is cooking your passion? Do you know your way around the kitchen? Can you create a meal? CAN YOU COOK?  If your answer is yes, we need your skill and talent on the kulinary team. We are a sub-committee of the planning ministry.  We prepare, cook, and serve food for various events and functions held at Koinonia Church.  We need dedicated and committed people to become a part of this team. Koinonia proudly offers emergency food to members of the church and the surrounding community via our own food pantry.  If you or someone you know is experiencing a hardship and is in need of food, please send them to Koinonia Cares Food Pantry located in the coffee shop.  Donations are gladly accepted.  Hours of operation: Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday from 5PM-7PM and every 2nd and 4th Saturday from 10AM-12P.

The Children's Choir ages 6-12 years old will start having practice every Thursday in the Children's Wing from 6:30-8PM.  If you would like your child to join, please see Anita Bennett.
